Supper Club Ts & Cs
1. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a Booking Confirmation email has been sent to the Guest.
2. Guests must provide full names and contact details of all guests at the time of booking.
3. Myristica reserves the right to decline bookings, should this occur all payments will be returned in full to the Guest’s bank account within 10 working days.
4. Payment must be made in full, online and in advance.
5. Under 'normal' (non Covid related) circumstances, our tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date with at least two weeks notice
6. Myristica accepts no liability for any damage or loss to the Guest arising from the event.
7. Guests with allergens or special dietary requirements should inform Myristica at the time of booking, so that special arrangements can be made.
8. Any damage to any equipment or property of Myristica will be chargeable
Meal Kit Ts & Cs
1. Deliveries are sent out on a next day service through FedEx with them arriving on the selected delivery day.
2. At this moment we are unable to offer collection.
3. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please make us aware by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
4. Ensure to follow any Food Safety & Health and Safety instructions provided.
5. Please note that the chicken contains bones.
6. Any orders requiring amendments including a refund or a partial refund are subject to a £15 admin fee.
7. Minimum order value must be greater that £68 to be entitled to free delivery.
8. Order cancellations/amendments cannot be processed after 24 hours of placing an order.
9. Add on to orders cannot be made within 2 days before your delivery date.
10. Once the delivery is with Fedex, we will not be liable for any delivery issues.
11. Management reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
