With Your Drinks  
   
Pappodoms; Colourful assortment of Pappodoms and rice crackers served in
£1.25 pp baskets with a range of pickles and chutney's.
   
Starters  
   
1. Potato Bhajia's; Thin slices of potatoes coated in a light batter of gram flour,
£3.25 garlic, ginger and chillies, served with tamarind and date sauce.
   
2. Mixed Bhajia's; A mixture of vegetable and onion pakora's served alongside
£3.25 darl lentil bhajia's.
   
3. Chilli Panner; Cubed Panner Indian style Cottage Cheese, sautéed lightly in
£3.75 soy sauce, white wine vinegar and finished with peppers and
  spring onions.
   
4. Bhel Puri; From the beaches of Bombay! A mixture of boiled Chick peas,
£3.75 potatoes, puffed rice, fine sev, crushed puris, spicy peanuts and
  topped with tamarind and chilli chutney.
   
5. Mogo Shaslik; Cassava a root crop, marinated in yougart and fenugreek, and
£3.75 served with fried bell peppers and onions.
   
6. Chicken Tikka; Breast pieces of chicken, marinated with yogurt, fenugreek and
£4.25 mint and then cooked in tandoori oven.
   
7. Shish Kebabs; Minced lamb, marinated in ginger and mint cooked in tandoori
£4.25 oven, and coated in ground spices.
   
8. Jeera Chicken; Punjab delicacy of chicken on the bone, marinated with
£4.45 yougart, chillies, and ground cumin seeds. Cooked in the
  charcoal tandoor. Served boneless.
   
9. Chicken Chaat; Breast chunks of chicken, sautéed in onions and bell
£4.25 peppers and topped with tamarind sauce and fine sev.
   
10. Hara Lamb Tikka; Cubed lamb pieces, cooked with ginger, garlic and chillies
£4.75 fresh coriander and spring onions.
   
11. Tandoori Prawns; Jumbo king prawns marinated overnight in fresh coriander and
£10.95 lime juice. Slow cooked in the tandoori oven and glazed with
  honey and mild chilli sauce.
   
12. Fish Amritsari; Another Punjabi specialty of fresh plaice coated in a batter of gram flour
£5.95 with caraway seeds and deep fried, served with date and tamarind sauce.

13. Lamb Chettinadu; Fresh New Zealand lamb cooked on the bone in a rich tomato
£8.95 and pepper gravy, but served boneless.
   
14. Kashmiri Lamb; Lamb curried in light sauce of tomatoes and onions, with fresh
£8.50 coriander, curry leaves and ground spices
   
15. Chicken Makhani; Small pieces of chicken marinated in cream and cooked in
£8.50 fresh cream and lightly ground spices, with a hint of saffron.
   
16. Chicken do piaza; Tender cubes of breast chicken fried with tomatoes and onions.

17. Methi Chicken; From Punjab, tender cubes of breast chicken marinated in

18. Pista murgh; Chicken pieces cooked in a mild but rich cream sauce then

19. Karahi Prawns; Prawns, fried with onions and peppers, and curried lightly

20. Kingfish Moilee; Kingfish steaks, lightly curried in fresh coriander, coconut, mild

21. Mangalore Prawns: Jumbo King Prawns marinated in garlic and ginger and cooked

22. Okra Salmon Fresh Scottish salmon steaks, cooked in a rich tomato and onion sauce
